Please read this document carefully before using the 322 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 322 website and services (including all sub-pages, mobile applications, and related content), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

The 322 platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 322 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that cannot verify this requirement.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 322. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 322 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different personal details or different devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. 322 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

Your password must be unique and must not be shared with any other party.
If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact 322 customer support immediately.
Personal information provided during registration must match your official Malaysian identification documents.
Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date whenever changes occur.

User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

As a user of the 322 platform, you agree to use the services solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with applicable laws. Use of the platform for any unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited.

You are not permitted to:

Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
Copying, distributing, or exploiting any platform content without prior written consent from 322.
Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the technical operations of the platform.
Using another person's account or granting third-party access to your own account.
Taking any action that may negatively impact the integrity of gameplay or the experience of other users.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, and 322 reserves the right to seek damages where applicable.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 322 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via approved payment methods, including bank transfers through FPX and e-wallets such as TNG eWallet. Deposit processing times vary depending on the method chosen and are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Regarding withdrawals:

Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account whose registered name matches the name on file with 322.
Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
322 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified amount.
Withdrawal processing times are typically between 1 to 24 hours on business days.
Any taxes or fees related to transactions are the user's responsibility in accordance with applicable Malaysian tax laws.

322 reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other suspicious activity. Any funds found to have been obtained through unlawful means will be seized and reported to the relevant authorities.

Liability Limits & Account Policies

322 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access to a user's account not directly caused by 322. The platform is provided "as is" and 322 makes no guarantee that the service will be free from disruptions or errors at all times.

Account Suspension & Closure

322 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

Breach of any terms or conditions set out in this document.
Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or game manipulation.
Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform.
Accounts that have been inactive beyond the period specified under 322's current policy.
Requests from competent authorities.

If an account is closed for reasons not attributable to a user violation, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 322 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of 322 or its respective licensors. Use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without prior written consent is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The 322 platform may provide access to services or content offered by third-party providers, including game providers, payment processors, and technology vendors. 322 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or content of such third parties. 322 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be published on this page with a clearly indicated update date. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. You are advised to check this page periodically.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 322 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails to produce a resolution, both parties agree to settle the dispute through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution method.
